A 72-year-old Palestinian expatriate resident of Nicaragua has died of coronavirus, today said the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

It said Fawzi Ishaq Mohammad is the first coronavirus victim of that Central American country.

A total of 85 Palestinian expatriates around the world have died of the disease and 1525 were confirmed as infected while 703 among them have recovered.
