On Thursday, Israeli occupation forces detained 11 Palestinians in multiple raids in occupied Jerusalem and across the West Bank, said the Palestine Prisoner Society (PPS).

It said in a press statement that Israeli forces detained four Palestinians from the northern West Bank governorate of Jenin.

Israeli occupation general security units raided the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya, resulting in the detention of five Palestinians.

One of the five detainees was identified as Nizam abu Ramuz, who was arrested after being summoned to appear before the Israeli security. He has been detained and denied access to Jerusalem many times before.

Israeli occupation forces conducted a military raid in Yatta, in the south of the West Bank, that resulted in the detention of two Palestinians aged 18 and 19 years following the demolition of a house in the town.
