Israeli occupation forces killed new Palestinian protester, who was taking part in the activities of the Great March of Return along the eastern borders of Gaza Strip.
Spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qidra said that Ahmed Arafa, 25, was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces stationed to the east of Al-Bureej Refugee Camp in the middle area of the Gaza Strip.
He said that Arafa was shot with a live explosive bullet in the chest that tore his lungs and heart, noting that it entered through his back and exited from the other side.
Killing Arafa brings the toll of the peaceful Palestinian protesters, who were killed by the Israeli occupation forces, to 19, in addition to more than 1,700 others wounded.
UN, Human Rights Watch and other rights groups charged the Israeli occupation forces of deliberately using lethal force, in violation of the international law, to kill peaceful Palestinian protesters.
